Form error messages not showing? #2

my error messages for the form are not showing? Not quite sure what I have done wrong? I went off the exercise we did in class a while back. Can you help

okay they are showing now aha i forgot to link the form in the html but the error icons aren't showing?

Are you using localhost to test the website?
