Can the audio output be streamed to discord?

Discord probably isn't the answer, but the HLS package discussed by AG1LE looks promising http://ag1le.blogspot.com/2016/02/kx3-remote-control-and-audio-streaming.html

Using a mumble server on Raspbery Pi looks like the way to go: https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-mumble-server/

Then, I just need to find out if Raspberry Pi can run a terminal over the network so that switch closures can be sent e asily.
