Isn't your Nagios server older than 2.0 version? If yes, you have to check the
checkbox [Nagios version older than 2.0] in the settings of your Nagios server
in
Nagios Checker.
Does it helped?

Hi Petr,

I am running Nagios version 2.8. My OS is Linux and by distro is RHEL4.

I tried checking the "Nagios version older than 2.0" checkbox to see if it made
any
difference but it simply did not show any "service warnings" only "critical
services".

regards,
Aidan

Hi,

I've just tried version 0.10.4 and it now works! I have one host with 2
critical
services and both are now showing in the status bar.

Many thanks,
Aidan
