Description: Need to implement consul services to bot. There is an open source version that should fit our needs.

Long term goals: This should help us switch certain variable values on the fly instead of making the change locally pushing it to GitHub and then pulling locally.

Requirements

[ ] Add consul service
[ ] Store this variable to consul to test run
