Updates key bindings:

Full editor

Enter: new paragraph
Shift + Enter: hard break
Mod + Enter: submit (where applicable)

Compact editor

Enter: submit
Shift + Enter: new paragraph
Alt + Enter: hard break
Ctrl + Enter: hard break

Updates code block related UX:

"```" - new code block
"``" - then type or paste into the ticks: inline code block
Updates inline code block styles
Fixes caret appearance at the beginning and end of inline code blocks
