Hello @thecodrr, thanks for your interest in Huly! Do you have these other members created an account and joined the workspace?

thecodrr commented 1 week ago

@lexiv0re yes? How do I see that? They joined and saw all the issues in the Tracker so I suppose that's a yes but there's no way to see the list of joined team members so can't be sure.

You can see the list of all people who joined the workspace using an invite link in Contacts/Employee:

Apparently that member joined but wasn't showing up in the employee list. Rejoining fixed it but that's a bug.

lexiv0re commented 1 week ago

Is it possible that the member joined as a guest initially? Or using a regular invite to workspace link the same way he re-joined?

thecodrr commented 1 week ago

The same way. I went into Settings > Clicked on Invite to Workspace at the bottom. Then I generated and copied the link.

The only difference between both times is that the first time the user already logged into Huly via their GitHub account before opening the invite link. This time they left the workspace and logged in directly via the workspace link. Other than that, no difference.

Thanks for the details. We will check if there's an issue with the join workflow you described.

I faced with the same problem. I invited via invite link another user that didn't have account yet, and now, this user is not displayed in assignee. I tried rejoin to project several time, kick out then invite again, make owner / member and nothing of these helped. I only can assign this user to the issue while creating issue and after that, it is not possible to change assigne for the issue

wallyrion commented 6 days ago

actually, this user is available everywhere (in assignee for the new task, in default assignee for the project, in employees list, have owner role, but still not shown in the list of assignees for the existing issue
