Documents not appearing as expected in Chat sidebar #6915

Documents should appear in the chat sidebar for users who are a collaborator on the documents & who have received a notification about that document at least once.

Currently this logic does not seem to apply as expected; some documents do not appear even if the user created them and received a notification.
