Romanian special characters #12

Hi, could you please add the Romanian diacritics "ă", "ș" and "ț"? currently, they fall back to a different font:

Hi, I think these glyphs are already implemented in the Unicode (*-uni-*) versions of the font.

For example "ă" is LATIN SMALL LETTER A WITH BREVE here https://github.com/hchargois/gohufont/blob/master/gohufont-uni-11.bdf#L2773-L2787

I think you've installed the ISO8859-1 instead of the Unicode version of the font.
