fixed config:load_from_file() & config:save_tofile , add Config() #365

修正 librime v1.10 以後使用 class path 參數

增加 an Config( [string])

local config = Config('/temp/aaa.yaml') 
local config = Config()
config:load_from_file( rime_api.get_user_data_dir()  .. "/default.yaml")
config:save_to_file("/tmp/aaa.yaml")
