Ground Truth for infected / non-infected cells #18

So far I have been tuning the parameters for the detection for infected cells solely using the well-level annotations provided by Vibor for some of the plates, and very sparse visual sanity checking.

I think it would be very useful to have a small set of images from different plates with per-cell annotations of whether they are infected or not, to better tune and validate the algorithm predicting this.
