Ratio dependency on cell density

A general question for, imho, all biological assays is whether the readout is affected by cell density. In our case we can simplistically measure this by looking at the number of cells per image.

I am pasting an initial plots here.

If we find a systematic correlation I would say we need to look at it and understand it.

@imagirom Could you run a script to make below plot for all plates?
