@tischi I think it would good to also have the batchlib version (= commit id) that was used for the given analysis in the issue description. This way, we can easier keep track of issues with the segmentation or other parts of the analysis.
You can either get this from the hdf5 files; every file has an attribute batchlib_version on the root level, or from the database (@wolny would know how to get it exactly from the DB).
