feature computation took longer... #76

@constantinpape plate9_2rep1_20200506_163349_413 has more cells than the others. But in your issue you talked about plate5rep3_20200507_113530_429; are you sure that's the one where the feature computation took longer?

Thanks for checking, I will double check later. Could you quickly inspect both plates (plate9_2rep and plate5rep3) visually and see if anything looks off?

  2. plate9_2rep1_20200506_163349_413: Also nothing obvious, there are just many cells....
