QC: Number of cells per image #79

Hi @metavibor cc @constantinpape

I am posting here few examples, I think this is the best to decide what still looks acceptable to you...

wow 1877 cells in one image :) ... also I find it unbelievable that there are as many as 350 cells in the first image... I would say there are no more than 100 on the first glance... it is amazing how bad one can be in estimating that I think I would go with an absolute maxiumum of 1000 cells (I would even lower it further but I know we will lose whole plates if we do that....) we got more plates in the meantime so from now on I will not use anything that has too many cells and than we can lower the maximum to 800

Ok, I will re-enable some qc including min/max cells per image and I will start with a thousand. (I will also reactivate the cell sizes, but start with more conservative values now.)

I think I read once that 5 objects is the maximum number that humans can correctly identify "at a glance", everything more we need to actually count 😄
