Activation Threshold tweaks

Within the system settings menu, there is a slider to adjust the "activation threshold" (i.e., the "dead-zone" that interprets Momo's motion as rest in the presence of minimal levels of contractions). This adjustment should be moved to the calibration screen for better clarity.

• [ ] move "activation threshold" slider to the calibration menu
• [ ] separate "activation threshold" into 2 separate settings (one for "left", one for "right")
• [ ] integrate sliders and "real-time EMG" bars for ease of understanding
