dwell_time changes arbitrarily #82

On several occasions, I've had the platform dwell_time setting change on it's own (i.e., I didn't explicitly adjust the setting, but the value was modified and persisted into the user_save_data.xml file). Adjusting the value back from either the settings menu or directly in the xml file addressed the issue.

Not yet sure how to reproduce this issue.

The dwell_time setting is only updated in a single method: CounterComponent.adjustCounter().
