After installing MacType all menus are in Japanese (or Chinese - not sure) #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MacType on Windows Server 2012r2  (select English US language)
2. Start MacType Tray (actually even in start menu it's in japanese)
3. Right click on the icon. Everything is in japanese

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected english menus, i see some hieroglyphs, which I do not understand

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacTypeInstaller_2012_1022_0.exe on Windows Server 2012 r2

Please provide any additional information below.
Location is set to Bulgaria (CP 1251 - cyrillic)

This happened once to me on my last Win7 64b install.  But on reboot never 
returned, and I forgot about it until reading this.

Can I ask when we can expect another good update.  Come on you clever people, 
make this project even better.  I love mactype, it fixes bad rendering fonts on 
my 50inch plasma TV for window.
