Tui-calendar: set up monthly view

Essentially, just use code from various documentation and browserify to convert the ES6 into CommonJS.

What:

• get CSS to work on it too!

Skills required: basic

• Know how to install libraries
• Run a command in Windows Powershell or its terminal

Time required:

• 15m at most hopefully? Could be an hour. (A total of 6 hours so far because of inefficient debugging but it should be faster now)

How many people:

• One person. Backend or frontend could do it

Decided not to work on tui-calendar because of worse documentation than fullcalendar
