updated a lot of the overall design, especially leaderboard

made modifications to leaderboard page, including overall design, tooltips for units, and state + buttons for column sorting. for game, added keyboard shortcut to restart. in create account, added design and functionality for confirm password. fixed css class issues for create account/login pages and elements.
