Peek buttons #18

To improve situational awareness during navigation/driving we would like to have a quicker way to look around with the camera. Peek buttons will quickly move the camera to the other extreme (from where it is set to for driving, i.e. all the way down) and slowly/moderately get back to the original pose to give a sweep of what is around. Buttons can just be near where the look buttons are.

Peeking to the sides is not possible with the camera, rather they would require rotating the base. I'd suggest we just implement the forward peek for now and can revisit the side ones later. The wide angle camera will also help address the problem that this helps with.
