Multiple streams #34

Merging multiple streams changes into the master branch before further development

Most of the bugs caused by the merge should be fixed.

I have not been able to get the operator interface to display any video streams even though they are showing on the robot page. The buttons to interact with/move the robot all still work, it is just the video stream that is not displaying.

I think this might be a simulation issue caused by missing cameras (I'm working on adding back the missing ones), but if possible it might be helpful to test on the robot
