Hi, thanks for the report. This was an error on our part, sorry for not double checking. However we consider this a low-severity issue since the website readers are directed to clearly states the version as v1.3, and they can navigate to the correct release quickly. Thank you for finding this nevertheless.

Reason for disagreement: While the older version of the app is usable, the users will miss out on the updated features. I do not believe that the target audience who are new to github will know how to navigate to the release page, given that the actual button is small
