There isnt a need for the user to email this address. Need not be a hyperlink

This indeed can be of an inconvenience if the user clicks on the sample emails, and is more of a pdf formatting (auto-parsing of emails) issue which doesn't affect usage of the app, hence we agree that this would be a severity.VeryLow DocumentationBug.

Sample emails should not be clickable

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

All these emails are clickable but not shown in blue. But I don't think sample emails should be clickable and it causes me some trouble having to close accidentally clicked windows.
