Display Getty terms with additional information

For controlled terms taken from a Getty thesaurus (e.g. AAT) more information should be displayed next to the drop-down list. The suggestion is to have an area to display additional information to the right of the drop-down list, instead of using the "i" icon with tool-tip.

The following contents should be displayed: Firstly, the "Scope Note" should be shown in italics (optionally with label "Note: " at the beginning). Below, the vocab name and term-id, followed by the name variants (filling altogether up to 4 lines). In the last line a link "Open in " that opens the online version of this entry should be displayed, adjusted to the right.

For terms that also have local additions, these local additions should be displayed below the note and before the AAT contents (as detailed above). Local contents should display the term and its the local additions.

This applies to VRA elements using the Getty AAT, including:

• subject
• material
• stylePeriod
• technique
• worktype

• the info area also includes the abbreviated parents string "ontology#parentStringAbbrev" (e.g. ", paint (coating), ... Materials Facet")
• the info area also shows the related concepts, that can be extracted from the JSON entry and begin with "http://vocab.getty.edu/ontology#aat2xxx" (e.g. #broaderGeneric or #aat2100_distinguished_from) cf. http://vocab.getty.edu/aat/300015050.json and http://vocab.getty.edu/ontology
