"clear" type in subject #360

once there is a subject including a type value (such as "conceptTopic"), there is no way back to "no type".

we accept that an empty type attribute type="" will make the xml schema invalid, but there should be an option to clear "type".

in the pull down menu for the subjectSet, there is a top section that could (instead of being inactive) function as a "NULL" value, labelled "none".

when saving with this "NULL" value, the WHOLE type attribute must be erased from that section of the record

There is an empty value above "topics". May have to extend "cleanup" on save for this.
