aat reference not saved in subject

when saving the subject "diaries" in this record here:

the results tell me, that the subject comes from AAT:

but looking at the xml, there is no refid, no vocab entry and no type [conceptTopic]

• It may have to do with saving MORE than one entry at a time (this is what I did, i added 3 and only then clicked "save subjectSet")
• later, when adding more subjects, the data was loaded and appeared in the record as expected
