[attributes] make attributes clickable #384

As Johannes already suggested for the AgentSet [#279] it would be useful when certain attributes were clickable - namely: vocab, refID and href

relID should lead to the vocab entry [same link as in the vocab search]
vocab should lead to the vocab's main page
href should follow the entered link
