Ghost window when sun position calculator dialog pops-up

When clicking on "Sun Light>Sun position calculator..." an mid-size empty 
window appears briefly before the dialog. This should not happen.

The ghow window has been deleted. The SunPositionCalculaterDialog has been 
changed to solve this problem.
