Tonatiuh doesn't impose a file extension when saving a new file #38

Tonatiuh lets you save a file without a file extension (eg mymodel instead of 
mymodel.tnh). This will make file-system associations more difficult when the 
time comes to add support for that.

Tested with 1.1.4 on Ubuntu 10.04.

Tonatiuh has been changed to add the tonatiuh file extension to the filename if 
the user does not define it.
