Voltage sometimes shows as 0.1v #413

Seen on: 9.3.0-09eef33 rx:74 va:191 When you boot up the goggles, the voltage shows 0.1v/cell briefly, then updates to the correct voltage. However, sometimes this does not update and you need to reboot the goggles

Just saw again, on this build: https://github.com/hd-zero/hdzero-goggle/actions/runs/9382157957 Was running via an AC - 12v DC adapter this time

I can confirm this bug as it happened to me just last week. Was using my goggles from a 12v USB PD cable and it flashed the low battery warning pretty often compared to when I use it with my 3S LiIon pack. I don't know where it comes from but it's pretty annoying currently.
