The Excel file attached shows an example how OdeNet ILIs can be checked manually using en-word.net and wikDict.com:
Lookup a given ILI in English WordNet (local RDF repository), together with ILIs and lemmas of hypernyms/hyponyms.
Use WikDict to lookup German translations and definitions (website) of each English lemma (and vice versa!).
In OdeNet (locaLRDF repository), look up each German lemma (translation) and its concepts. Check ILIs and concepts against the results of step 1.
Considering that WikDict is based on dbnary, which is also available in RDF format, it may be worth looking at how this process can be programmatically supported or even automated by computing a score.
