Custom fields handling #105

If I add an custom field to the e.g. plaintext configuration - but the custom field is not enabled for this project it displays "cf:8". [We have multiple projects with various custom fields configurations]

In my opinion there shouldn't be rendered anything - if possible!

A more advanced thing would be something like adding an expression language but not rendering "cf:8" would be the first step.

I agree that the current behaviour is a bit weird. I think if the custom field is not enabled then perhaps it should produce a warning, or error, though, rather than silently producing nothing.
