Fixed PostgreSQL issue with redmine 3.0.1 #123

If the join is not there, PostgreSQL reports a missing from clause.

Tested with redmine 3.0.1.stable, rails 4.2.0, postgresql 9.4

Thank you for the effort. There seems to be some conflict. Can you take the latest head and merge this again?

This is obsolete now as another PR already merged provides the same fix.
