I fixed editing /lib/redmine_release_notes/issue_patch.rb I've commented line 78 # includes(:custom_values).where( conditions + " OR " + no_cf_defined_condition ) and added joins_release_notes.where( conditions + " OR " + no_cf_defined_condition )

There seems to have been progress as per commit messages. Anyone tried it yet?
