Release notes not visible on issue page #42

I have installed the plugin on redmine 2.2.0 but i can not add release notes cause the release notes section does not show up on issue view. I have the same issue with the checklist plugin.

Environment: Redmine version 2.2.0.stable Ruby version 1.8.7 (i686-linux) Rails version 3.2.9 Environment production Database adapter MySQL Redmine plugins: redmine_code_review 0.6.1 redmine_custom_workflows 0.0.4 redmine_didyoumean 1.2.0 redmine_hours 0.1.0 redmine_issue_checklist 2.0.4 redmine_logs 0.0.5 redmine_release_notes 1.2.0 redmine_spent_time 2.4.0 redmine_wktime 1.3 redmine_work_time 0.2.6 timelog_timer 2.0.0

Sorry to ask, but have you definitely followed everything in https://github.com/hdgarrood/redmine_release_notes/wiki/Setup-Guide?
