Feature Request: List associated files under Release Notes #93

Like most, I use the versions/releases feature to track which issues were resolved in a given release. I also use the "files" module to publish "official" binaries of the releases.

You can already tie a file to a version, but I don't see any way to list the files related to a version. Both the Roadmap and Release Notes tabs seem like the correct place to do this.

One of the half-done issues at the moment (#75) is for removing the Release Notes tab entirely -- I think that information is better suited to being on the Roadmap -- so it should be disappearing at some point.

I agree that it would make sense to put a list of files on the Roadmap, but I don't think that this plugin should do that. I would rather that this feature be in a separate plugin, or in Redmine itself.
