Create new codespace and run all ./scripts/

• [x] graph-data-models.sh
• [x] init-dev-project.sh
• [x] package-to-web.sh
• [x] recreate-project.sh
• [x] update-packages.sh

Scripts in ./migrate_parlgov-db/ not run in codespace, requires R.
