[Feature]: Workflows #119

What would you like to see added to HDMF-ZARR?

Add the following workflows to get hdmf-zarr up to date with hdmf

  1. ruff
  2. codespell
  3. in run_all_tests add ros3 support
  4. run tests needs a large update: ros3 and deploydev
