Suggestion: Add an email or message sender to inform the user of any updates on the tracking #54

Hey there, It could be really handy if i could in the moments that im not checking the webapp keep being informed by an email or a phone message that there as been a change on one of the trackers, maybe even telling the update.

Hi,

Yep, we definitely have that function on the backlog, I need it myself as well. We're just polishing the new version with an auth system before start working on that.
