discuss about reorganizing the repo or not....

there are "2 versions".... 1- original version with minor modification... just enough for the code to be used in the bgnn snakemake workfow with Docker image generate by github action. The version is in a a branch named release https://github.com/hdr-bgnn/drexel_metadata/pulls with a pull request..

2- BGNN version, major refactoring with imprve documentation and functions description, simplification of code sections and clean up of a large amount of cruft... need to be reviewed (I don't know how/by whom. I suggest this version should be used if Drexel abandon their version. https://github.com/thibaulttabarin/BGNN_metadata Next step I want to mirror this BGNN_metadata fork to hdr-BGNN.
