readme: add videos, rewrite #66

Example videos of usage are included and a gentle rewrite toward a usage-first approach is included here.

Includes an mdBook deploy instance in the docs folder, which we can build with Vercel and deploy at docs.nolita.ai.

Targeting main so we can expedite a deploy. I'll write 2.0 docs and hide them and instantiate 1.0-specific docs (AgentBrowser and no Page docs).
