What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create page "common" with common elements to all pages
2. Create new page A and set background as "common"
3. Create new page B and edit background => it appears to be already set to
"common", although Pencil has to be quitted, then setp 3. repeated for
background setting to be effective for page B
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
