cannot install new template #384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I use Export Template Management, but I cannot install new template.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I installed new template but nothing happened.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.3.2 and Windows XP downlonad from official site
