using old files and exporting broken #394

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open 1.2.0 file (created on ubuntu 11.04)
2. view file
3. create any export

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- should show inherited headers from first page
- does show error see screenshot, 
- same error appears when inheritance is removed and we add all content 
directly into the pages by hand.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.3 on firefox 9.0.1 on ubuntu 11.10 (fresh install)

Please provide any additional information below.
doesnt seem to support inheritance, new created files are OK, just old files 
failing.

Attached is the EP file.

any export fails (native and with export plugins)

Same issue here. Any export will mess with the PNG images gerenerated.

See Issue 345, the error exists in the design view, too. Not only in PNG export.
