Cannot Drag and Drop image from explorer to standalone #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Pencil Standalone 
2. Drag png image from explorer
3. Attempt to drop image to Pencil

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image should appear in Pencil.
The image ins not dropped into the application; the mouse icon for "can't do" 
appears instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pencil 1.3.4 on Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
The Firefox Plugin works fine for this same behavior.
XULRunner has been updated on the folder with latest version with no change in 
the reported behavior.

I've tried this on Windows 7 x64 bundled, and drag and dropping a PNG works 
fine.

Just had this too.
Win 7 64 bit.
Pencil application 1.3.4
Cut-Paste to word then Cut-Paste to Pencil works.

The same. Is not a problem of permissions of the user, tryed in normal mode and 
administrator.
