I would like to create a stencil library for the Brightmix free to use icons 
and offer the library on the pencilproject downloads page.

Though I see there is already a spec for the stencil XML format.. XML really 
isn't my thing.  I am looking for a wiki/forum to see if anyone has a tool for 
rapidly importing an icon set.
