[Feature] Proportional resizing #468

This is not a bug but a nice feature to have. A bit like photoshop, it would be 
nice to have proportional constraint resize of widgets.

What steps will reproduce the feature?
1. Add a circle to canvas
2. Press [shift] or [control] or whichever special key you guys decide
3. Drag one of the control point of the circle and the resize is proportional 
instead of free
4. Release [shift] or [control] while dragging a point cancels the proportional 
resizing.

Hope this could be a good one.
