PDF print/export should have a 'plain' template. #632

Currently, the default template puts banners at the top of every printed page 
and a black frame around each document's page.

There should be a 'plain' template that causes just what is visible inside 
Pencil to
print to the PDF. The PNG-export does exactly that, but PNG is not suitable for 
high-
quality printing whereas PDF or EPS is.

Latest on Ubuntu.
