First glance at Qdrant, it is somewhat difficult to use and will likely be expensive.

Pricing estimate for ai workers

Free for about 200,000 searches per day
Qdrant pricing - Cloud service is very expensive, might be possible with self hosting ~$15/month?

If self hosting, full text + vector db might be reasonable

Semantic search + text search should give decent results
