使用scoop安装失败 #167

使用scoop 安装失败。信息如下：

$ scoop install "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/h8r-dev/he3-scoop/main/he3.json"

'scoop uninstall System.Collections.Specialized.OrderedDictionary' 运行了没用。也没啥意义。

请尝试使用管理员权限运行终端。

肯定是管理员身份运行。两三周前就试过，就没成功。我以为最近会有修改。 今天试了还是这个错误。
